We welcome and encourage all clients to accompany us during the inspection. Please plan to meet us at the home, if possible, to see the inspection process firsthand.

An average inspection will take a least three hours and includes structural components such as foundation, floors, roof, ceilings, and stairways, physical elements (grounds, driveways, ventilation, fireplaces, etc.), and mechanical systems such as plumbing and electrical, furnaces, air conditioners, and other major appliances.

Reports are completed and delivered within 24 hours after the inspection. Or if you have internet access and choose to, we can send you a password protected link allowing you to view and download your report 24/7. After you review the report please give us a call if you have any questions.
